Pay through Forto360 and win your fee back

In spring 2026, IRIS Solutions gives clients of professional property managers the opportunity to win back the value of their monthly fee. Every client who pays their dues through the Forto360 platform via IRIS Pay or Revolut is automatically entered into a raffle with a real prize – a voucher equal to the amount of the completed payment.

Participation in the Raffle

By paying the due contribution for March and/or April 2026 in the Forto360 platform via IRIS Pay or Revolut, you are automatically entered into the raffle. If your payment is selected, IRIS Solutions will provide you with a gift voucher (prepaid card) equal to the amount of the payment made for March or April 2026.

Scope of the Raffle

The raffle is organized separately for payments made to each professional property manager who is a Forto360 client and has registered to participate in the campaign.

This means that for each participating professional property manager, one winner will be drawn from among all their clients who have paid via IRIS Pay or Revolut.

Campaign Period

All eligible payments made between 1 March and 30 April 2026 participate in the raffle.

Eligibility

Both individuals and legal entities are eligible to participate in the raffle.

Drawing and Prize Distribution

By 15 May 2026, IRIS Solutions will randomly draw one winning payment for each participating professional property manager – from those who have paid the March, April, or both March and April contributions via IRIS Pay or Revolut in the Forto360 platform.

By the end of May 2026, the winners will receive a gift voucher (prepaid card) equal in value to the amount transferred to the respective professional property manager for the winning payment.
