CAMPAIGN RULES “PAY WITH IRIS Pay. WIN GOLD.”

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER

1.1. The campaign “Pay with IRIS Pay, Win Gold” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Iris Solutions AD, UIC 208455895 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Iris”), with registered office and address: Sofia, 1164, Lozenets district, 78 Hristo Smirnenski Blvd., floor 4.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of the Campaign:
CAMPAIGN – the promotional campaign “Pay with IRIS Pay, Win Gold”, organized by Iris Solutions AD under these Rules.

ORGANIZER – Iris Solutions AD, UIC 208455895, with registered office and address: Sofia, 1164, Lozenets district, 78 Hristo Smirnenski Blvd., floor 4, operating as a payment institution providing services under Art. 4, items 7 and 8 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act.

IRIS PAY – a service for A2A (account-to-account) payments provided by the Organizer, through which participants can make payments from their payment account via the electronic channels of their обслужваща кредитна институция.

PAYMENT VIA IRIS PAY – a successfully executed payment transaction through the IRIS Pay service from a Participant’s payment account to a merchant under these Rules.

PAYMENT ACCOUNT – a payment account of the participant maintained by a credit institution or payment institution from which IRIS Pay payments are made.

PARTICIPANT – any legally capable natural person aged 18 or over, or a legal entity that meets the participation requirements set out in these Rules and makes a payment via IRIS Pay under the Campaign conditions.

WINNING PARTICIPANT – a Participant who meets the requirements of these Rules and is selected as a winner.
PRIZE – the material prize provided within the Campaign, namely a 1-gram gold investment bar.

3. CAMPAIGN RULES

3.1. The Rules will be published on the Iris website and will be available throughout the Campaign period in a manner that allows their storage and reproduction.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Rules unilaterally, with changes taking effect upon after their publication. Iris is not obliged to notify participants of such changes.

3.3. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and to comply with the Campaign terms and deadlines.

3.4. These Rules are prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, which shall also apply to matters not regulated herein.

4. CONDITIONS AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN IS CONDITIONAL UPON MAKING A PAYMENT VIA IRIS PAY.

4.1.  All participants who make payments of at least EUR 10 via IRIS Pay from their own payment account during the Campaign period are eligible to participate.

4.2. The Campaign is open exclusively to legal entities and natural persons with full legal capacity who are at least 18 years of age. IRIS employees, members of their families (including relatives in the direct ascending and descending line up to the second degree, spouses, and relatives by collateral line up to the second degree), as well as persons involved in the organization and conduct of the Campaign are excluded.

4.3. Participants must have an active contractual relationship with a payment account provider.

4.4. Payments to all merchants made via IRIS Pay are eligible to participate..

5. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

MAKING A PAYMENT IS A PREREQUISITE TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN

5.1. Each participant must make one or more payments through IRIS Pay, in amount of at least 10 (ten) EUR each, from his/her own payment account during the period of the Campaign. Payments are authorised by the participant through the electronic channels of the participant's payment account provider.

5.2. Subject to the conditions under clause 5.1., the participant automatically takes part in the draw to win a prize in the Campaign and no separate registration is required for participation.

5.3. Every successful payment via IRIS Pay under the conditions set out in clause 5.1. represents one participation in the prize draw. Each participant can take part for an unlimited number of times in the Campaign.

5.4. Within the framework of the Campaign, one prize draw will be conducted each month.

5.5. Each participant may win only one prize.

6. PRIZES

6.1. Within the framework of the Campaign, a total of 12 gold investment bars (1 gram each) will be awarded—one per month.

6.2. Each participant who complies with these conditions takes part in the Campaign and has the opportunity to win 1 gold investment bar (1 gram).

6.3. The winning participant must provide the necessary assistance to receive the prize, including identifying himself with a valid identity document and in order to take possession, a bilateral handover protocol is drawn up for the purposes of declaring the prize under the Income Taxes on Natural Persons Act, which the winning participant is bound to sign.

6.4. Replacement of a prize with its monetary equivalent is not allowed.

7. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

7.1. The Campaign runs from 00:00 on 11.05.2026 to 23:59 on 30.04.2027 (12 months).

7.2. Iris reserves the right to extend or terminate the Campaign early by amending these Rules.

8. DRAWING AND AWARDING PRIZES

8.1. The winning participants will be selected at random by an independent IRIS team using specialized software. The draw will take place on the 10th day of each month for the previous month, starting in June 2026 and ending in May 2027.

8.2. Iris will publish a list of winners on its website anonymizing information about the IBAN of the participant's account from which the payment was made through IRIS Pay and the initials of the name (first and last name). The data will be disclosed in the following format: IBAN – first and last four characters (e.g. BG12xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx3456) and initials of the name (e.g. A.B.).

8.3. Within 3 calendar months from the date IRIS publishes information about the drawn winning participants, the winners must contact the company to arrange how the prize will be delivered.

8.4. Each winning participant must complete and sign a prize acceptance protocol, providing their full name, personal identification number, and permanent address as stated on their ID card.

8.5. If a winning participant does not contact the company within 3 calendar months after publication of the awarded prize, and/or does not provide the necessary cooperation under these Rules in relation to receiving the prize, the participant forfeits their right to claim the prize.

8.6. In connection with the taxation of prizes that are not of insignificant value within the meaning of § 1, item 62 of the Additional Provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act, the prizes in this Campaign, namely 1 piece of gold investment bar (1 gram) are subject to final tax in accordance with Art. 38, para. 14 together with Art. 65, para. 7 of the Personal Income Tax Act, which is withheld and paid by the Organizer – at its expense. In fulfillment of its obligation under the Personal Income Tax Act, the Organizer is obliged to indicate the full names of the winning Participant, his personal identification number and permanent address in the reference under Art. 73, para. 1, item 2 of the Personal Income Tax Act for the income paid during the year and tax withheld.

8.7. Upon receipt of the prizes, the winning participants shall identify themselves with a valid identity document and provide the Organizer with the required assistance in order to verify the account IBAN from which the payment was made via IRIS Pay. The winning participants should provide additional personal data –  name, personal identification number and permanent address and shall consent to providing this data to the Organizer by filling in the handover protocol, given the latter's obligation under Art. 73, para. 1, item 2 of the Personal Income Tax Act. 

8.8. Information about the winning Participants will be published on the Iris website after contacting each of them. Information shall be published at the Internet address: www.irispay.bg including the initials of the first and last name of the winning Participant. The participant has the right to refuse the disclosure of this information at any time by expressing this in writing at the email address: support@irisbgsf.com

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. The personal data of all Campaign Participants is processed in accordance with the current legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act, the Organizer's internal personal data protection policy, for the purposes specified in these Rules, as well as in accordance with the "Privacy Notice" on the personal data protection rights of the participants in the "Pay with IRIS Pay. Win gold" campaign,  forming an integral part of these Rules and available at: www.irispay.bg

9.2. Within the meaning of the law, The Organizer, in its capacity as Personal Data Controller, processes the personal data of the Participants for the purposes of this Campaign.

9.3. The Organizer takes due care for the lawful processing of the personal data of Campaign Participants, with strict application of the minimum necessary and due security measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act. Participating credit institutions process personal data as this is submitted to them by the Organizer, only for the purposes of the Campaign and in fulfillment of the obligations described in the present document.

9.4. The Organizer may promote the Campaign and publish photos or information about the Campaign on social networks (Facebook, Linked in, Twitter, etc.).

9.5. For issues related to processing personal data that is not regulated under these Rules and the "Privacy Notice" on the personal data protection rights of the participants in the campaign "Pay with IRIS Pay, Win Gold", the provisions of the applicable legislation shall apply.

10. LIABILITY

10.1. The Organizer is not responsible and cannot be held liable as a party in lawsuits related to the inability to use the prize, which occur due to reasons beyond its control.

10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems related to participation in the Campaign, in case these are not his fault and it cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties such as couriers, Internet service providers, etc.

10.3. The Organizer is not responsible and shall not owe any compensation in case of unlawful submission of personal data by participants in the Campaign.
