New Payment Method at I-CASH with IRIS Pay

If you use I-CASH for your business, you now have another way to accept payments from your customers – with IRIS Pay.

The new option is part of I-CASH’s additional Open Banking package, developed in partnership with IRIS Solutions. It allows you not only to accept payments, but also to manage your business accounts and transfers more easily, directly from I-CASH.

How does the customer pay with IRIS Pay?

The process is simple.

When paying in person, the customer scans a QR code, selects their bank, and confirms the payment through their online or mobile banking. There is no need to manually enter an IBAN, fill in a payment order, or make a standard bank transfer.

For the merchant, the payment is recorded directly in I-CASH.

0.4% fee per accepted payment

One of the main advantages for businesses is the cost. When accepting payments with IRIS Pay through I-CASH, the fee is 0.4% of the payment amount. According to I-CASH, this can mean costs up to three times lower compared with card payments.

At the same time, you can continue using your card terminal and all your other payment methods. IRIS Pay simply adds another payment option that you can offer your customers.

More than payments – manage your business accounts in one place

The new Open Banking package allows you to connect your existing business bank accounts to I-CASH. This gives you access to information about your accounts in one place and makes it easier to keep track of incoming payments.

When you receive a payment, you can match it to a specific invoice or transaction. This makes payment tracking easier and reduces the need for manual checks.

You can also send a payment link or QR code

The customer does not need to be at the checkout to pay with IRIS Pay. You can add a payment link or QR code to an invoice. The customer simply opens the link or scans the code, selects their bank, and confirms the payment.

This is particularly convenient for businesses that issue invoices and receive payments remotely.

Easier payments to suppliers

Through I-CASH, you can also prepare payments to your suppliers without having to enter the same information again for every transfer.

The package includes an unlimited number of payments to suppliers.

What does your business get?

With I-CASH’s new Open Banking package, you can:

  • accept IRIS Pay payments directly through the POS system;
  • offer customers the option to pay via QR code;
  • add a payment link or QR code to invoices;
  • connect your business bank accounts to I-CASH;
  • track incoming payments in one place;
  • match received payments to specific invoices;
  • prepare payments to suppliers;
  • use IRIS Pay alongside card payments and other payment methods.

I-CASH’s additional Open Banking package costs €5 per month, while the fee for payments made with IRIS Pay is 0.4%.

This gives merchants another simple way to accept payments from their customers, while also making it easier to manage their bank accounts, incoming payments, and payments to suppliers.
